Clay County Cooking

June 7 - August 26, 2017

The exhibit was inspired by local author Cheryl McCann’s recent book, Stirring Up History: The Meals, Memoirs, and Memories of our Ladies of Clay County, which takes a closer look at the lives of local Clay County women and how they cooked in 1903. Delicious vintage recipe cards, cooking methods, and strange kitchen tools were some of the items on display.
